How long does shipping take for heavy-duty grills?
Standard shipping for our grills typically takes 5-7 business days. Due to the weight of our professional-grade units, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your product arrives safely and in perfect condition.
What is covered under the CMXtreme warranty?
Every CMXtreme grill comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. Specific components like ignition systems and burners are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Do you offer assembly services upon delivery?
Yes, we offer a 'White Glove' assembly service in select zip codes. You can add this option at checkout, and a certified technician will assemble, test, and place the grill in your desired outdoor space.
Can I return my grill if it has been used?
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days. Once a grill has been fired or used for cooking, it can no longer be returned for a refund due to safety and health regulations.
Are CMXtreme Grills compatible with natural gas?
Most of our models are designed for liquid propane, but we do offer specific Natural Gas versions and conversion kits for select models. Please check the product specifications or contact support before purchasing a conversion kit.
