At CMXtreme Grills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance cooking gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the grill or accessory in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
